Blackwater Crew Disciple

Blackwater Crew disciples who underwent Transcension to improve their prowess in the water. Along with gill slits, they developed bulging eyes, broad mouths, thick lips, and blue-green scales: the very likeness of fish. These changes make them adept at hiding underwater and escaping through it. They also use their grotesque antics to mock their enemies before gathering their fellows for a concerted attack.

Nowadays, these creatures can be found in almost any sizeable pond. Even they have likely forgotten their old boasts of helping the Mandate rid the world of Maskwalkers.
