Mó Yuan
Leader of the Bastion of Mó
Soul's father and the master of the Bastion of Mó, who teaches through crossed blades instead of words.
Trials at the Lóng Pillars
Five Lóng Pillars, five reunions — and more than thirty years of separation standing between them.
He never heard Soul's first words or passed the Bastion's techniques down by hand; all he can offer now is a correction in the middle of an exchange, teaching Soul to command the power in his blood.
The Bloodline
The Bastion bloodline runs too hot with Sha-Chi, demanding exceptional strength and control.
Without a teacher from the Bastion, Soul was bound to endure far more hardship.
What Went Unsaid
Saying all of it aloud would only become a burden, so he leaves the words he cannot speak inside each exchange of blades.
His one wish is that these trials clear the road ahead.
