Where It Starts
The Old Archer on the roof of the Weeping Creek Valley Outpost asks Soul to purge the sect in his stead: go into the valley behind the outpost, find the archers who betrayed their master and turned bandit, and cut them down.
Steps
- Eliminate the Old Archer's corrupted disciples at the Ruthless Archer Camp.
- Give the Broken-String Feather Bow to the Old Archer at the outpost.

The Broken-String Feather Bow is a quest item; it is not the Feather Bow used as a Phantom Edge.
