Axemaster Peng Meng left a final letter asking someone to find proof that Gu Lingran and Sect Leader Ming conspired to slander the Four Axes brothers, then deliver it to the Child of Insight in Pangzhen. Surviving Mandate notes describe the group as vicious, yet deeply wronged, raising questions about the Four Axes Rebellion. The Four Axes Case Files preserve the written record.
