Form

A blade of strange make: the edge rises with bone-biting cold and falls trailing black flame. It was the weapon of Twisted Puppet No. 34, Yucong, and both temperatures live on the same steel.

Combat

Freezing Chaos answers every situation by changing shape. Steel carries the highest Attack and Guard Break and takes a guard apart head-on. Chaos lays Chaotic Flame on every hit, Igniting the enemy and draining HP and Sha-Chi over time, while any attack also leaves a Floating Chaotic Flame behind. Frost inflicts Chill, and enough of it Freezes the target outright.

Each form solves one problem: Steel for a thick shield, Chaos for a deep health bar, Frost for a fast opponent. The shift itself lands a heavy blow, so changing shape is output rather than dead time.

The active art runs all three in order, which is the whole discipline in miniature — press, freeze, and finish with fire.

Arts

  • Active | Chaos Erosion: Spend 1 Sha-Chi for a continuous assault through Steel, Frost and Chaos in turn. Unblockable.
  • Special | Threefold Shift: Spend Sha-Chi to switch among Steel, Chaos and Frost, each shift ending in a powerful strike. Steel has the highest Attack and Guard Break; Chaos applies Chaotic Flame, which Ignites and steadily drains HP and Sha-Chi; Frost applies Chill, which Freezes once it builds far enough.
  • Soul Tempering | Threefold Resonance: After [Threefold Shift], damage dealt and Sha-Chi Depletion rise sharply for a time.
  • Later | Steel-Shattering Thrust, Bone Deep, Iceberg, Blackflame Whirlwind

Origin

Yucong, No. 34 of the twisted puppets, wore three faces of its own — Steel, Frost and Chaos — matched one for one by the blade's three shapes. The manor of dreams still keeps memory blossoms tied to Yucong, and the puppet's making is scattered through those remnants.
