Description
Blackwater Crew disciples with octopuses wrapped around their necks, their kicks fierce and savage. They carry specially made explosive rounds that unleash a burst of lightning on impact, instantly paralyzing the enemy’s limbs and leaving them unable to move.
News of the Maskwalkers’ rampage stirred these men’s fighting spirit. They sought to undergo Transcension and use the ammunition they crafted themselves to wipe out the Maskwalkers.
