Who She Is
Jewel is the last of the three sisters to arrive, born of the same birth as Forge and Myst. She refuses the rank: even if I was the last to appear, I am still a great deal older than you.
She is impatient. Her first words to Soul are a complaint that she has waited far too long; she talks quickly and lightly, one sentence on the heels of the last, leaving no gap for an answer.
Her Craft
Jewelry is her trade. Lost trinkets lie scattered across the Wulin, and whoever brings one to her may have it polished a stage further. The knots on the ornament the three sisters made together were her proudest work — though all three found it cumbersome or fussy, none wanted to keep it, and in the end it went to Soul.
Ties
She knows the Illusory Pipa at a glance as the one Inanis built for the Chord, and she knows the limit of her own hands: set the broken pieces before her and she only shakes her head. It cannot be done by her. Find every missing part, she says, and take them to her second sister Myst — apart from Inanis herself, only Myst can fit the pipa whole again.
