Jagged Steel
the Frenzied Brute
A witless brute who wrapped his face in scrap metal to hold his Sha-Chi down, leaving his madness worse than before.
Character
A witless, frenzied brute. After Transcension he bound his face in scrap picked up from the wilds, meaning to press his Sha-Chi down; his madness only came out more terrifying than before.
Combat
The blade he carries, Jagged Steel, was torn from a disciple of Huangxing, a Pillar of the Mandate. Its edge is chipped beyond repair and rust runs through the whole of it.
Even so it opens wounds that will not close, and the blood will not stop. He swings it in sheer frenzy, and all who see it recoil.
The Rusted Blade
The rusted blade outlived him under the name Jagged Steel: chipped, rusted through, the same object in anyone's hand.
Wounds opened with it will not stop bleeding — which is what the achievement asks for.
